Mentally strong people know what they want, but it is equally as important to attain it through healthy habits. Oftentimes, when we talk about mental strength, the first thing that comes to mind is stress and levels of tolerance. Just as often, mental strength is also closely identified with flexibility, compromise and problem solving. But to achieve all of that, we must identify the things NOT to do to build up our mental strength for life's toughest situations.
